La Madam LaMotte
(Fiction)
How do you lose yourself yet find yourself at the same time?
Clara Baumann may be among the few who can answer such a juxtaposition.
It's the 1940s, and the Germans have built the only concentration camp on French soil. Clara is sent to Natzwiller, France, to run an incognito operation. The operation is simple: Go undercover as a Madam at a brothel. The outcome is anything but simple. Falling in love with a German soldier certainly complicates things. As does having to lead escapees over the Vosges mountains in the dead of winter. La Madam LaMotte takes you on a journey that showcases the ugly underbelly of wartime in the 1940s while highlighting the hope and humanity that persevered, despite it all. But what happens when the war ends? Life after destruction is something that process to be just as difficult for Clara. One thing is for certain: Pre-war Clara is all but a figment of the imagination. Post-war Clara is a woman with ice in her veins.
The question is, was such a metamorphosis with it? Clara Baumann may still be working on that answer. As the old adage goes, time has a way of showing us what really matters...

Two Weeks in Chestertown
(Fitction/Thriller)
Ava Greenfield is the typical self-made businesswoman, living a superfluous yet sometimes superficial life in London proper
Tessa Doyle is the unassuming loner who prefers the bottle to any man (or human, for that matter).
Lucy Gonzalez is the hometown cliche who never seemed to make it out of the tiny crabbing village that is Chestertown, Maryland.
Three women with virtually nothing in common...or so they think.
This is the story of three women who have been unknowingly thrust into a complex power struggle, hoping to finally shed light on a very murky past. Who will have what it takes to step up and unlock the door? Is it a trap door? Is it even the right key to begin with? It will all be revealed in due time.
With all these questions, only one thing is for certain: these women will never be the same after two weeks in Chestertown…
